Second episode of CELTIC and the falcons
Tuesday, November 1, 2016

After performing a first flight on the Boeing 737 Business Jet in May 2015, Celtic chartered again a flight for 25 falcons from China to Doha with its partner Milaha in Qatar.

As part of the breeding program of protected species, 25 falcons have had the chance to fly comfortably aboard the Embraer Legacy 600 to reach their homeland. Eyes masked to avoid stress of the birds, the uncommon flight took off at 16h57 to arrive at 17h48 local time, just on time to be welcomed by Qatar officials.

This tailor made operation was successful for Celtic China Group as well as the falcons who are becoming real travelers. These flights illustrate the ambitions of Celtic and its capacity to develop niche competences necessary for transporting live animals
